About the Author

Carla began travelling with pets when she was a child, whether it was competing with her ponies at horse shows or family holidays with cats and dogs. As an adult, she has moved internationally with her pets, and today continues to dig up the best places for people to holiday with their four-legged friends. Carla has been featured by SBS radio, The Daily Telegraph, Australian Dogs and Pets, and internationally by CatWorld. As a journalist, Carla is also a regular contributor to the Japan Times, and magazines such as Camper Trailer Australia, Horses & People, and the RSPCA’s Animania. Her forthcoming memoir was recently selected by the Australian Society of Authors’, which showcase the work of talented Australian writers.
