Pallarenda Dog-Friendly Beach

This lovely wide beach beach is very popular with the locals, and is the only official dog beach in the area. It is situated opposite Magnetic Island and access to the off-leash section can be found between gates 9 and 10 on Cape Pallarenda Road. Ample parking is provided as well as doggies bags and bins.

 

This ia great place to exercise your dog, but if your pet is on the shy side, you might want to reconsider – the large number of dogs might scare him or her off!

 

 

To avoid penalties, dogs must be leashed when they are not at the official off-leash section.
