Please note that there are a few stairs to the accommodation.

This is a cute two bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage located right down on the river. On your private pontoon there are kayaks and a stand up paddle board available to explore the river as well as access to fishing rods and a motorised tinny to access the dining options. Along with the smart TV’s there is free Wifi. There is a private swing mooring out the front of the property if you have a boat you wish to bring along. The outdoor entertainment area at the front includes a table and chairs, umbrella and BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. Items for a continental breakfast included.

The rates listed include boat transfers for check in/out and basic pantry items including expressi coffee, tea, milk and sugar. Check in is from 2pm onwards and check out is 10:30am. There is unrestricted parking available near the boat pick up point. The Berowra Waters Inn will pick up from all these properties.
